Users who have accounts in both North America (us.oneio.app) and EU (oneio.app) instances might experience problems resetting their password. If this is the case, you need to start by requesting a password reset from the desired instance.
In the following page fill in the email address linked to your account. When you receive the email with the link to reset the password, open it in an incognito window and fill out the required fields.
While still inside the incognito window, you should now be able to log in to the desired instance.
Please bear in mind that the passwords of the instances are individual, which means that changing one doesn't change the other.
