A new flow to your ServiceNow integrations
If you’re familiar with ServiceNow’s Flow Designer and would like to take advantage of Integration Hub capabilities in your integrations, the newly certified ONEiO Spoke allows you to easily connect your ServiceNow to ONEiO.
The ONEiO Spoke contains sample flows for sending new and updated incidents towards ONEiO. It also checks for attachments and includes them with every message. These can be easily adjusted to pick up any record from other tables such as requests or changes.
Instead of using update sets to upload the REST message and authentication configurations to integrate towards ONEiO, you can now utilize ServiceNow’s Flow Designer and our IntegrationHub Spoke for sending incidents or other ServiceNow records towards ONEiO.
For communicating towards ServiceNow, you will only need to create an integration user in ServiceNow with the correct roles assigned. ONEiO interacts directly with ServiceNow tables and records through their APIs.
