Update to Sync statuses

We have run a migration to update the Sync status to be In Sync in the Environments view for configurations that are identical.

This change only affects the status and display of the objects that were identified to be identical in the QA and Production environments, i.e. the differences view doesn’t show any differences between the objects.

With this change, you can see the up to date sync status of all objects without needing to sync the objects first. In the past all objects have been in the Out of Sync status until they have been synced for the first time.
