Errors explained

To prepare for ONEAi® assisting in troubleshooting errors in integrations, we have improved how we display errors in the message feed. The new error display structures error messages better and provides clear information about what the error is. By hovering on top of the new error display, additional information about the error is shown for "Failed after sending" errors.

The new error message structure explained:

1. ONEiO’s message status

This error status matches one of the statuses of the filtering options in the message feed. At the moment, the new display is only shown for Failed After Sending. The new error display will in the future replace all previous tooltips indicating the message’s status, whether it’s for failed before sending, no matching routing rule or an unsuccessful message delivery.

2. The HTTP code along with the matching error description received from the system

3. Short explanation of why the message is in the specific error state

For a failed after sending error, three cases are explained when hovering over the error. First situation is when the error code is not configured as a code that is determined to be successful. Second, there can be a check for the error response whether a certain attribute is a part of the response from the system. Third, there can be a check for whether an attribute has a value set up as a successful response.

4. The error message body from the system’s response

The response's error body as configured for the endpoint.
