Meet ONEAi® Assistant, your new intelligent companion designed to streamline the setup and monitoring of integrations within ONEiO.

ONEAi® Assistant is available directly in the platform and help center and leverages the help center's knowledge base to swiftly resolve your integration queries.

The new widget replaces the previous widget which could only surface relevant articles. The new ONEAi® Assistant allows you to ask questions and get answers directly. In the future the Assistant can also help with common workflows within ONEiO.

Getting started is easy: just click the widget at the bottom-right corner of the ONEiO platform or our help center.
