We're introducing a new platform feature focused on improving operational resilience and efficiency: the ONEAi® Troubleshooting AI-Agent.

This update is designed to streamline your response to integration failures, shifting the effort from manual investigation to rapid resolution..

What is ONEAi®?

ONEAi® is the core AI Agent within ONEiO's Integration Ops Platform, designed to manage and optimize the entire integration lifecycle. It functions as an intelligent layer that observes, learns, and acts across integration events to deliver faster, more reliable outcomes.

Runtime Intelligence: The Troubleshooting AI-Agent

This feature is a direct application of our Runtime Intelligence strategy, designed to keep integrations operational and minimize external interruptions.

Translates complex technical error messages from integrated systems (e.g., APIs, platforms) into clear, concise language using AI/LLMs.

Minimizes manual investigation, directly contributing to a lower Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

Improved Error Visibility

Implements the new message feed view for displaying "Sending Failed" and other critical statuses in a user-friendly way.

Enhances operational observability and simplifies user experience for rapid troubleshooting.

When viewing a failed message in the UI, you will now see a "Troubleshoot with ONEAi" button available right alongside the message details.

As we continuously evolve the Integration Ops model and further develop the ONEiO platform, we are committed to ensuring this new AI-powered feature delivers maximum value to your operations.
