New Message Feed now available as an Open Beta

For the past months, we have been building out a new message feed experience with additional filters for our users. Many of our users already have had the chance to test out how it works in a closed beta, while we have been continuously improving its performance and fixing any issues you have encountered.

Now we are taking the next step and have made this new feature available to all of our users.

The new message feed is built from the ground up to perform better with the growing quantity of messages we route through ONEiO. Most notably, it also offers new ways of filtering the message feed based on endpoints, entity types, routing rules, and use cases. Filtering by message status will be released in the coming weeks.

You can find the new message feed in the Messages section of ONEiO as a separate tab. 

The current Basic and the new Advanced message feeds will work side by side during this Beta period.

While we have been testing this feature extensively, it is still in Beta. You may experience some unexpected behaviors and we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. If you run into issues, first try loading the view again. If issues persist, please let us know in our (Open Beta) Message feed filter topic so that we can address them as soon as possible.
