1. Deal Registration
1.1. Partners are required to submit new business deals using the designated Deal Registration Form on our platform.
1.2. Upon registration, deals will be subject to review and approval by our team. A deal is considered registered only upon receiving a confirmation from us.
1.3. Deal registration ensures that the submitting partner is entitled to our support during the sales process and to a commission if the deal is successfully closed.
2. Deal Validation and Duration
2.1. A registered deal is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of registration.
2.2. If the partner can demonstrate active engagement with the customer (e.g., ongoing discussions, demos, or meetings), the deal’s validity can be extended upon request, subject to our approval.
2.3. If there is no significant progress or engagement within the 6-month period, the deal will be considered expired, and the registration will be voided.
3. Conflicting Deal Registrations
3.1. If it is determined that the customer has expressed an active interest in working with more than one partner, we reserve the right to either:
- Collaborate with all involved partners as co-sellers, or
- Allow the customer to choose their preferred partner.
3.2. In cases where the customer selects a different partner, only the partner responsible for closing the deal with the customer will be eligible for the commission.
4. Commission Eligibility
4.1. To be eligible for commission, the partner must close the deal within the validity period (or any agreed extension).
4.2. Commission is payable upon the successful signing of a contract between the customer and us or the partner, depending on the partnership model.
4.3. In the event of a dispute regarding commission entitlement, we reserve the right to review the deal registration, sales process, and partner contributions before making a final decision.
5. Support Entitlement
5.1. Once a deal is registered and approved, the partner will receive full access to our pre-sales and technical support services to help close the deal.
5.2. If a deal expires or is transferred to another partner (e.g., as a result of customer choice), support access for the original partner will be revoked.
6. Data Accuracy and Compliance
6.1. Partners are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their deal. Any misrepresentation or failure to disclose relevant information may result in deal disqualification.
7. Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate any deal registration or partnership agreement if the partner fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
7.2. In the case of termination, any pending commission or support entitlement may be forfeited at our discretion.
8. General Provisions
8.1. These terms and conditions are subject to periodic updates. Changes will be updated on this form.
8.2. Our decision on any disputes, including deal ownership and commission eligibility, shall be final and binding.
