Say Hello to Halo ITSM

Hi everyone,

Today we'd like to share that Halo ITSM is now available within ONEiO as a self-service. The endpoint will allow you a seamless way to integrate tickets that cover incident, change and service management. The endpoint is also compatible with the other Halo products such as Service Desk and PSA.
