Ky2help is a service management solution for managing both IT and non-IT processes. Kyberna has developed ky2help to assist organizations in better managing their company-wide processes across the entire business value chain.
With the new ky2help endpoint type, ky2help users can integrate their own service offering with processes managed with other tools. The ky2help endpoint type supports the integration of most entities e.g. Incidents, Problems, or Changes with any of the other endpoint types in ONEiO’s catalog.
