Introduction
The Message Feed displays information about inbound and outbound messages in a linear timeline, allowing users to browse events in chronological order.
To make navigation easier, the Seek to Time functionality enables users to quickly jump to messages from a chosen date and time, helping them find relevant information faster and more efficiently.

Message feed filters
The Message Feed is available to all customers who want a detailed view of inbound and outbound transactions from their integrations. It displays inbound message timestamps, inbound and outbound message content, and the routing rules that process these messages.
It also includes several filters that help narrow down results or focus on specific messages, such as Message ID, Inbound or Outbound endpoints, Matching or non-matching rules, Message status, and more.
You can find more details about these filters in this article.
The Seek to Time functionality
The Seek to Time functionality is now available and can be used combined with the filters mentioned above. To enable it, click the small clock icon located next to the Outbound Messages filter.
A dialog box will appear asking you to enter a desired date and time. After filling in the information, click Confirm, and the Message Feed will jump to messages closest to the date and time you provided.
Example
In the Message Feed, click Seek to Time and enter the date 26/01/2026.
Immediately below the date field, a full timestamp will appear, automatically formatting the value you entered:
After clicking Confirm, the Message Feed will display messages close to the specified date and time. If you do not specify the hour, Seek to Time will automatically interpret the time as 00:00 and take you to the first message of that day.
In this example, the system will look for messages closest to 26/01/2026 00:00. The nearest available timestamp might be, for instance, 26/01/2026 22:29:06, as shown in the image below:
Seek to Time also accepts relative time values such as yesterday, two days ago, or two hours ago. If you enter last week, Seek to Time will display messages from one week ago. These expressions can also be combined, such as two days ago 14:00.
Info
Though the Seek to time functionality can search up to a year of messages, take note that actual message details/payloads are only available for the last 30 days
