This tutorial provides a step-by-step approach to utilizing the Rule Robot feature for seamless endpoint integration. By following these instructions, users can efficiently establish rules between endpoints to streamline their integration processes.
Utilizing the Rule Robot Feature for Endpoint Integration
Start by navigating to the Endpoint tab in your interface. Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of your endpoints.
Click on "Integrate Endpoints" and follow the prompts presented by the Rule Robot.
Choose the first endpoint you want to integrate - the order of selection is flexible. If necessary, provide any additional information for the first endpoint, such as Salesforce's object Case.
Next, select the second endpoint for integration. Similar to the first endpoint, specify any additional information required, such as Jira's project ID and issue key.
Optionally, you can choose to enable the rules immediately after creation by ticking the "Enable Rules After Creating" option.
Click on "Create Integration" and allow the Rule Robot to generate the rules. Once the rules have been generated, you'll have the option to review them. Click on "Go to Rules" to access the newly established rules.

Here, you'll find a list of rules covering most actions. However, it's essential to note that while these rules are created, they may not fully reflect the final state or contain all the information of a ticket. They primarily contain the most critical attributes and should be customized based on your specific use case.
Congratulations! You've successfully integrated endpoints using the Rule Robot feature. Happy integrating!
