If you have purchased from ONEiO our Change Management as a Service Offering, you can Submit Change Requests to ONEiO via our Support Portal:

- Navigate to My Activities
- Then Click Submit Request

Step 3: Select Change Request Request and fill in the mandatory fields and click submit
- The Change Request Type can be one of the following options:
- Unknown
- Standard
- Major
Step 4: Once we have received your Change Request it will be reviewed, and if additional clarification is required we will contact you for additional information.
